Taking on Government in Liability Litigation
People may feel that they've been wronged by a government entity but do nothing about it because of the mistaken impression that the government always wins. That is untrue. Sometimes the plaintiff, or injured party, fight "City Hall" and win. We know government liability cases can be won, because we've done it.
Our attorneys at Treon & Shook, PLLC, have had success in litigation against governments. When you hire our Phoenix, Arizona, law firm, you get attorneys with a track record of satisfied clients.
Representative Case: Attorney Steve Silverman was co-counsel in a parent's rights case. Two parents had to fight to retain child custody after a Walmart employee reported their children's bath time photos to law enforcement and to CPS. After the parents successfully defended themselves against CPS's accusations and had the judge order the children returned. Our firm is co-counsel in a lawsuit against Wal-Mart.
