What We Do
Our practice focuses exclusively on helping people who have been harmed. We represent people who have been physically harmed or injured as well as people who have been financially harmed. We only represent plaintiffs (a plaintiff is the party who files a lawsuit against someone else) and do not represent defendants. We take cases on a contingency fee basis, which means that we do not take a fee unless we win the case.
You may have heard the term “personal injury case.” A personal injury case is one where someone has been injured or harmed in some way due to the negligence of someone else. Some examples are motor vehicle accidents, defective products, unsafe premises or property accidents, medical malpractice, or nursing home negligence. In these cases, the person who caused the injury usually has an insurance policy that should cover the injured person’s losses. With most injury cases, we are working to make sure that the person who harmed our client is held responsible and accountable.
