What We Do

Our practice focuses exclusively on helping people who have been harmed. We represent people who have been physically harmed or injured as well as people who have been financially harmed. We only represent plaintiffs (a plaintiff is the party who files a lawsuit against someone else) and do not represent defendants. We take cases on a contingency fee basis, which means that we do not take a fee unless we win the case.

You may have heard the term “personal injury case.” A personal injury case is one where someone has been injured or harmed in some way due to the negligence of someone else.  Some examples are motor vehicle accidents, defective products, unsafe premises or property accidents, medical malpractice, or nursing home negligence. In these cases, the person who caused the injury usually has an insurance policy that should cover the injured person’s losses.  We have the experience, skill, and dedication to achieve full and fair recoveries for our injured.

With most injury cases, we are working to make sure that the person who harmed our client is held responsible and accountable. This often means we are negotiating with and litigating against the other party’s insurance company. In other cases, we help clients resolve disputes with their own insurance companies. These cases are known as insurance bad faith cases. In these cases, a client’s own insurance company is not honoring their obligation to cover losses that should be covered by an insurance policy. This is an especially challenging scenario to live through, because as consumers we rely on our insurance companies to uphold their end of the deal and help us in difficult times. We have years of experience with these types of cases and are proud of the assistance we give and the results we achieve.

How We Do It

We are always focused on results for our clients and we never lose sight of that. Our lawyers’ vigorous and meticulous preparation ensures that we are ready to negotiate and obtain settlements in our clients’ best interests and present the highest caliber cases in court.
